Objective
To create a logo and bumper animation for a fictional TV network: Animal Channel. It should establish a clear brand for the station and serve as a reminder of its programming.
Logo Process
I started by sketching out directions for the logo, exploring different animals before finally settling on a monkey. The logo can stand alone or be accompanied by text.
Storyboarding
I started by storyboarding the animation, sketching out each major step in the sequence using Photoshop. From here, I was able to plan out the assets I would need to create before bringing them into After Effects.
